Black Light Party

Get a white T from walmart. Then you can go to spencers and get some of their special black light paint. Go for it all over the shirt. It looks great. You can do it on other clothing to but sometimes the paint can stain even though it says you can wash it with water.you probably know that white shows up best under a blacklight. I tend to dress a little crazy for things like that, just cause it's more fun... you know, bold patterns, big earrings, maybe even some white nail polish (clear works too). I don't think the store names really matter--just find something that's maybe a little funky, that you feel comfortable in. Have fun!
